Welcome to Chilly Charms We’re proud to provide healthy, home-raised Pomsky puppies to loving families across the USA. By purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, created to ensure transparency, safety, and satisfaction for both buyer and breeder.

1. 🏷 Half Payment Requirement

• The Half purchase price for each Pomsky puppy is $500 USD.

• Payment must be made in full before the puppy is released for pickup or delivery.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, Apple Pay, Chime, Bitcoin,…..

💡 Why Half payment?
It confirms serious buyers only and covers essential services like vaccinations, vet care, quality food, and transport.

2. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Once full payment is received:

• Your puppy will be shipped to your confirmed address using a trusted pet courier service.

• Each puppy is shipped with:

  • A valid health certificate

  • Feeding instructions

  • Travel documents

Tracking details will be shared, and updates provided throughout the journey.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

3. 🩺 Health Guarantee

Every Pomsky puppy from AKC Pomsky Puppies is:

• Vet-checked

• Vaccinated and dewormed

• Raised in a loving, family environment

We provide a 72-hour health guarantee upon delivery.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian during this period.

➡️ If a serious, verifiable health issue is found, we will resolve the matter through refund, exchange, or vet assistance—at our discretion.

4. 🐶 Buyer Responsibilities

As the buyer, you agree to:

• Provide proper love, care, nutrition, and vet attention

• Ensure your home is safe and suitable for a Pomsky puppy

• Take full ownership and legal responsibility upon delivery

6. 💵 Refund Policy

Because Pomskies are live animals, payments are non-refundable once a reservation is made and payment is received.

🔁 Exceptions:
If an issue arises on our end (e.g., health concern or puppy unavailability), we will offer either a refund or a replacement puppy of equal value—at our discretion.

7. ⚖ Legal Notice

By completing a purchase with Us, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older

• You have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions

• You accept full responsibility for the puppy upon delivery
